Shipping policy

Order processing:
- We process orders and pre-orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Holidays).
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at support@myspacover.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an error is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order and ask that you re-submit your order.

What about Shipping?
- We ship to US only. Shipping is free for all orders not unless it's beyond shipping area, remote, or in an island.
- Shipping time depends on your location.
- Personalized (custom) orders take 6-8 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
- Note: We are not responsible for Shipping Carrier Delays

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@myspacover.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
