Welcome to MySpaCover. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the MySpaCover website and the purchase of our products.

By accessing this website and placing an order, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use MySpaCover's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. General Product Information and Custom Orders

MySpaCover specializes in custom-manufactured hot tub and spa covers built to your exact specifications.

• Measurement Responsibility: Because our spa covers are engineered to the exact dimensions provided at the time of order, the customer is solely responsible for providing accurate measurements, shapes, and brand/model information. We provide a Hot Tub Cover Measuring Guide to assist you. MySpaCover is not liable for covers that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, colors, and insulation specifications (foam density) are as accurate as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur depending on your monitor settings.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

• We accept standard major credit cards and secure payment gateways. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

• Full payment is required before your custom cover enters the manufacturing queue.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer Free Shipping to the contiguous USA.

• While we strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, these are estimates only and not guarantees. Delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or material shortages are out of our direct control.

• Upon delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the package for any freight damage before signing for it. Any damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.

4. Cancellations and Returns

• Order Cancellations: Because our products are custom-made, orders can only be canceled or modified within a narrow window before manufacturing begins. Once an order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled.

• Returns: Due to the custom nature of our hot tub covers, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or manufactured incorrectly compared to the specifications provided in your original order. Please refer to our official Return Policy page for detailed instructions.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our quality materials and workmanship by offering a warranty on our spa covers. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material failures under normal use.

• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, acts of nature, chemical damage, or improper handling (e.g., dragging the cover or sitting on it).

• To file a warranty claim, customers must contact our support team with order details and photographic evidence of the defect.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, MySpaCover and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs. You may view and print pages for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not republish, sell, rent, or reproduce material from MySpaCover.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MySpaCover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our site or products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
