Each size has its own footprint, and we manufacture every shoreline hot tub cover against dimensions we hold on file for that specific model, so a 400 owner and an 800 owner both get a cover built for their spa's real measurements. No guessing between close-enough options. If your Shoreline unit falls outside this lineup or has been modified, we build it as a custom order instead, confirmed with a CAD drawing before production starts.
